The Divan consists of seven Nobles elected by the members of Hadji to oversee the operation of the Hadji Shrine Temple. They are in fact the Board of Directors and are elected anually to the following positions:

Potentate, CEO

Chief Rabban, First Vice President, Board Member

Assistant Rabban, Second Vice President, Board Member

High Priest & Prophet, Third Vice President, Board Member

Oriental Guide, Forth Vice President, Board Member

Treasurer, Chief Finacial Officer, Board Member

Recorder, Day Business Manager/Secretary & Board Member

All except the Treasurer and the Recorder normally proceed up one step each year until they have served as Potentate. All members have one vote on business matters and recieve their responsibilities and authority from the Imperial Shrine By-Laws.
This is the fortieth divan since the Hadji Shrine was chartered. They presently represent 1,150 nobles who make up the Hadji Shrine Temple.
